This well-established brewery makes sake in an environment that's blessed with extreme climate and temperature shifts at the foot of the mountain, the underground water of Mt. Miwa said to be the water of the gods, and the land of Miwa where history with sake runs deep. Expert advisors offer a lineup of the sake of the season, where visitors can sample the flavors while getting an explanation on each variety. There are also limited edition sakes only available at the brewery, and seasonal sake.
