Osaka Castle
The castle tower created by Toyotomi Hideyoshi and burned down in the summer campaign of the siege of Osaka in the reign of his successor Hideyori was recreated by the Tokugawa shogunate, but burned down once more due to a lightning strike. The current castle tower was completed in 1931 through citizen donations.
