Ryuogu Shrine

Known as Isonosuwa Takumushidama Shrine, this is the only shrine in the city listed in the ancient Engishiki record. The main shrine used to be Emperor Annei's Katashio no Ukiana no Miya Palace, and a large number of earthenware, wooden coffins, haniwa clay figures, and earthen charcoal braziers have been excavated in the vicinity.
