A breathtaking lane of cherry blossom trees
Takada Senbonzakura

A wonderful pathway of cherry blossoms forming a tunnel that extends for 2.5km along the north and south banks of the river around Onaka Park from the end of March to the beginning of April. Endless crowds view the cherry blossoms even at night, when they are dimly lit as the twilight comes. This famous cherry blossom spot is representative of Nara prefecture.
